Terms of Service
Last updated: May 18, 2026
These Terms are the agreement between you and Blossomn — a two-person software studio operated from India — covering your use of our apps and website. They apply to SyncForm, PingStock, Pagely, DriftSleep, the Blossomn website, and anything we ship later under the Blossomn name (collectively, the "Services").
By installing, signing in, or using any of the Services you accept these Terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the Services.
1. Who can use the Services
You need to be 18 or older and capable of forming a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (or the equivalent law of your country). If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to bind that company to these Terms.
2. Your account
Some Services require an account. You're responsible for keeping the credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect someone else has access — email info@blossomn.com.
3. Plans, pricing, and billing
Free tiers stay free for as long as we offer them. Paid plans renew automatically (monthly or yearly, as you chose at checkout) until you cancel. All prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required.
Cancel anytime from inside the app or by emailing us; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep paid features until the end of the current period. Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund Policy.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to current subscribers. Price changes never affect a period you've already paid for.
4. The platforms our apps live on
SyncForm runs as a Google Workspace add-on, PingStock as a Shopify app, and Pagely + DriftSleep run on iOS. Your use of those platforms stays governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions by Google, Shopify, or Apple. If a platform suspends or removes one of our apps, your subscription will pause or terminate accordingly and refunds will follow Section 3 of the Refund Policy.
5. What you agree not to do
- Break any applicable law or regulation, or help someone else do it
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source from the Services (except where the law expressly allows it)
- Send malware, spam, phishing, or unsolicited content through SyncForm or any other Service
- Use the Services to process data you don't have lawful basis to process
- Resell, sublicense, white-label, or redistribute the Services without our written permission
- Probe, scan, or stress-test our infrastructure without prior coordination (see our security disclosure in the Privacy Policy)
- Use automation to scrape, abuse our API beyond documented rate limits, or impersonate other users
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, usually after a warning, immediately if there's a real risk to other users or the platform.
6. Your content stays yours
Anything you create or send through the Services — form submissions, inventory thresholds, journal entries, listening data — remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit it for the sole purpose of operating the Service for you. We don't claim ownership, don't sell it, and don't train AI models on it.
7. Our intellectual property
The Blossomn name, the wordmark, the app brands (SyncForm, PingStock, Pagely, DriftSleep), the source code, and the visual design are owned by us. These Terms grant you no licence to use them other than as needed to use the Services. Tell us first if you want to mention us in a case study or screenshot the app for a blog post — we usually say yes.
8. Service availability
We try hard to keep the Services up. We don't promise 100% uptime and we don't currently offer a contractual SLA. Planned maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance where possible. Status updates go out through your account email.
9. Warranties — disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by Indian law we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blossomn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Services, even if we were warned of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid Blossomn in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) ₹10,000.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g., for fraud or for death or injury caused by negligence).
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Blossomn against third-party claims arising from (i) your misuse of the Services, (ii) content you route through us that infringes someone else's rights, or (iii) your breach of these Terms.
12. Termination
You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if continuing to provide the Service to you would expose us or others to legal or security risk. On termination you can export your data for 30 days; after that we'll delete it on the schedule described in the Privacy Policy.
Sections that should reasonably survive termination — IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law — will survive.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; if you don't want to accept them, please close your account before then.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to your non-waivable consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
Before filing anything, please email us — most disputes can be sorted in a few emails, and we'd rather solve a problem than litigate one.
15. Miscellaneous
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right isn't a waiver of it. You can't assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business.
16. Contact
Questions, complaints, or notices? Email info@blossomn.com. We aim to acknowledge every message within one business day.
